Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be in their original condition—unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To start a return, please contact us at contact@girlsfashion.store. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take pride in ensuring every item is carefully inspected before shipping. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon delivery at contact@girlsfashion.store.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will resolve the matter promptly, either by replacing the item or issuing a refund.


Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable, including:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids or gases)
  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? The quickest way is to return your item, and once accepted, place a new order for the item you want.


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be in original condition, with tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

We’ll notify you once your return is received and inspected. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
